The steps of filing for an online divorce in Singapore are as follows:
Step 1: We will require a copy your children’s birth cert (if any) and marriage cert which can be conveniently sent to us by way of whatsapp. In the same whatsapp message, you may provide the following information of both parties to us:

You may paynow the balance S$75 to the Commissioner of Oaths on the day of signing.
Step 4: We will submit all signed papers to the Court. Court grants the divorce. Divorce completes in 4 to 6 months (estimated).
