Requirements for Online Divorce in Singapore

You will have to meet the requirements to file for divorce in Singapore. This means that you would have to be married for at least 3 years and one of the divorcing parties has to be a Singaporean/ habitually resident in Singapore for at least 3 years.

You will also need to fulfil one of the legal grounds of getting a divorce in Singapore:

Step 3: Let us know if you require amendments and we will amend at no cost. Should both parties consent to the contents provided for in the divorce papers, we will arrange for signing at the Commissioner’s office, where you will attend with your spouse. You may paynow the balance S$75 to the Commissioner of Oaths on the day of signing.

Step 4: We will submit all signed papers to the Court. Court grants the divorce. Divorce completes in 4 to 6 months (estimated).
